Looks like you have the Power In and Motor Out terminals swapped on one of the motor controllers.
Hi,
It would be better if you drew a circuit diagram, use pen(cil) and paper and label ALL components and pinouts, as well as power supplies.
The image you have posted is misleading because the motor drivers are pictured as mirror images.
Using properly drawn diagram will make helping you so much easier.
