Just want to know if adafruit data logger shield, its RTC and SD, and stepper motor have the same wire connections to Arduino uno. Your answers is much appreciated

I think you should wait more than 10 minutes before a bump. On a forum like this, which is not a vendor helpdesk, you should wait 24hours I reckon, so all the timezones can have a look. For all you know, the one person with the answer just went to bed....

Are you referring to 4 separate things?
However many things you are referring to you should post a link to the datasheet for each of them.
A stepper motor does not connect directly to an Arduino. There must be a suitable stepper motor driver between the Arduino and the motor. Have a look at Stepper Motor Basics
