Just bought a Nano but can't upload a sketch

Hi:

The Nano seems to have the blinking led sketch already loaded because the Pin 13 led blinks. Now, when I try to upload any sketch I get this:

avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00

In Device Manager, if the Nano is plugged, it says FT232R USB UART and with an admiration mark to the left, double click and it says the drivers are not installed.

Please help!

So you need to install the driver that the nano uses. It's available in your arduino IDE folders that you installed.

OK OK just updated the driver, now it's working, I altered the blink sketch and now the LED blinks like fury!
