Modkit is an in-browser graphical programming environment for little devices called embedded systems. Modkit can currently program Arduino and Arduino compatible hardware using simple graphical blocks similar to and heavily inspired by the Scratch programming environment developed by the Lifelong Kindergarten Group at the MIT Media Lab.
I should add that currently only peoples with invites can use modkit. Invites, as the Modkit website says, can be had with products you buy at some shops or can be bought at Kickstarter. See the modkit website for details.

Yeah, I would be happy to donate to this (have not done so yet) but I would really rather it was an open source and free software like scratch (on which it is based).
They say that, to keep it going, they will have a pay-version but I think that they do not go to such measures to fund the project. They have the funding of Sparkfun and Oomlout, I do not think they will have any issues as the program looks like a good piece of software.
