The Aout gives U a voltage varying with himidity
The Dout gives high or low (0 or 1). Use the pot to set switcing point
Need more info on the actual sensor to tell how the analog output behaves

If there isn't an oscillator (1kHz+/-).. the measuments of this sensor will be off (a lot)
My guess:
There is a voltage divider made from sensor and an onboard resitor (500k or so)
What valtage can u measure at Uout , indoor, 20Celcius ? (can help to decide R)
