Adafruit says the opposite
I probably got fake KA75330 from aliexpress, when I built the test circuit the logic was reversed, with >3.30V the LED was on, in this video you can clearly see that the LED only turns on with <3.30V.

The datasheet shows the TO-92 package with the legs bent spaced 2.54mm apart, the legs on my KA75330 are straight with a spacing of 1.27mm.
