What is needed until a new user can post more than a few postings per day?

Hi Moderators, I would like to support a new member with quite a lot of answers. The new user reported that the number of postings he can make is limited and has reached the limit. So What is needed until a new user can post more than a few postings per day? Would sending private messages work? Or do we have to leave the forum alone and find another channel for communication? best regards Stefan
