Thanks every one. I'm not good at English, so please pardon my poor English. From Japan.
Operation environment;
Windows 10 and 7, Arduino 1.6.8, Board manager IntelCurieBoards 1.0.5
using 'Genuino101'
Kaspersky(Kaspersky Internet Security 16.0.0, updated on 2016/4/23) has warned in the following message:
Detect 'Trojan-Proxy.Win32.Glupteba.pep'
Object; ....Arduino15\staging\packages\1.6.4+1.19-windows.zip//intel-arduino-tools-1.6.4-1.19-windows/arduino101load/arduino101load.exe
What should I do? Is it safe?
I don't use Kaspersky, but I know it has a reputation for false positives.
Did you download the IDE from the Arduino site, or another site.
I've not had any problems with the official IDE from this site. Neither Norton or Malwarebytes show an problems with the official IDE.
By the way, I usually use the .ZIP version and not the installer.
Thank you for your reply.
I downloaded the IDE from the Arduino.cc site, and IntelCurieBoards 1.0.5 was downloaded using Board manager of the Arduino IDE.
At first, I did my Windows 7, and I saw the message.
Next, I did another PC (Windows 10), and I saw the same message.
I looked on the Internet for Trojan-Proxy.Win32.Glupteba.pep, but did not look about it.
On the other hand, at the beginning (before examining by Kaspersky) , I compiled sample program without notice. And it was successfully compiled and was uploaded successfully to my Genuino101 normally. The program worked successfully.
As had you pointed out , there may be false positives . I would like a little longer look at the situation .
