Kernel Panic on OSX when unplugging Arduino


I just unplugged my Arduino from a passive USB hub and received a kernel panic on my MAC. I am using the Intel USB driver from the latest 013 download.

I haven't tried to reproduce the problem (yet). I post this only for information purposes (I hope this post is in the correct area!)
