Everyone, I want to ask you about how to use Keyboard/Game controller attached to PC and send data to Arduino UNO R4 using Type C / USB cable

This is what your description is saying:

Keyboard/Game controller attached to PC
Game-controller--->--USB-Port1 -->-->-PC

and send data to Arduino UNO R4 using Type C / USB cable
PC-->-->--USB-Port2 --->----->----Arduino UNo R4?

All in all connected like this

I am pretty sure you want something different. So post a much clearer description how you want the things connected.
Best way would be to make a drawing, taking a picture with your smartphone and then post this picture
