Keyence Pz-g41n sensor

Hello,

I have Keyence PZ-G41n IR sensors (Square Reflective Cable Type, NPN - PZ-G41N | KEYENCE International Belgium).

And I will use them to build Sumo Robot. How should I connect it to my arduino (digital or analog)? And how can I measure the distance with these sensors?

You cannot measure distance with this module. It is a break beam sensor.
