I am making a bomb game using a 3x4 number keypad but all of the numbers are displayed backward like 9 is 1,8 is 2,7 is 3,and etc. I reversed the connections and it helped a bit but now certain numbers are displayed as the top number and that number is displayed as the bottom number like 7 is 4 and 4 is 7, 5 is 8 and 8 is 5 and etc.

Keypad displaying incorrect numbers
Would you post a picture of the keypad displaying a number. I've never seen a keypad that could display anything.
If it is your code that is getting incorrect data from the keypad, you can't expect help with it, since you failed to post it.
Could be the wiring too, so post the wiring diagram.
