kit with light sensor and wifi ?

Hi,

I'm new to Arduino. I have no board or kit. I'm hoping there is a kit that will do everything I need.

Right now I just want a simple sensor, to detect light. After I am able to detect a change in light, I want to send a message to a computer on a wifi network. Eventually I will want an image sensor for photos and video also, but I'm not ready for that yet.

What should I buy? Please advise.

Since the WiFi shields tend to be relatively expensive ($40 and up, I think) and require a good deal of setup, one is not generally included in a kit for beginners. I'm afraid you'll have to buy it separately.
