so, I've been trying to connect my MPU-6050 to my Arduino nano with no luck. I read lots of people's posts and used Jeff's code but to no avail.Lately my readings from the gyro has been way off and I think I broke it. Is there a simple way to get accurate readings or should I order a more user friendly IMU?
I'm not familiar with that. Can you post a datashert. Also post aschematic of your wiring and your code.
Is your I2C connection actually working at all ? That is the usual reason why people "can't get it to work".
Yeah I second that thought on I2C connection with MPU-6050... May be you can try ADXL 335/345 if your application doesn't demand so much precision (and gyroscope)
