Kodak printer disassembled: Use TFT screen/SD card reader?

Disassembled a perfectly functioning Kodak C310 printer because the top feed ALWAYS misfed/fed crooked paper and we just got SICK OF IT.

Anyways, I disassembled it for some goodies. The control board with function buttons has a TFT attached with WD-F2822Y-6FLWa on the back. Maybe 1" square, small, but color. It's ribbon cable attached to the board with 10 buttons on it and a SD card.

Is any of this useable with an arduino for anything?

Panel bar code has AKT04TKPGAL on it.

google is totally scatterbrained with regards to these units. No specific information that I could find let alone data sheets.

I think you are getting a lesson in what what the term "proprietary" means.

It may be painful.
