Ok I currently have a l293dne and a 6V dc motor. I am having major trouble trying to set up the circuit and getting it to work...
Could someone give me a diagram on how to set up the circuit on a breadboard? I've been at this at weeks. Initially, it turned out that I didn't have enough voltage so how would I set up the circuit? I have a 9v to power arduino and 6v to power motors?
As I pointed out in this thread, you lose 1.5v in the 293 your your 6v is only 3.5 at the motors..... you need to put 7.5v or so into the 293's pin 8. That was all explained before.....

Can you explain the power dividing? like which one goes to which? I am trying to set up my circuit like this... but i dont need the servos, or sensors... how would i go about with just one dc motor
