How would I connect a ‘L298N Dual Full Bridge Driver’ to my Arduino?
I have looked at the Walbot (google ‘Make a wall avoiding robot!’) and the schematic went over my head. I would like to use that driver as it is the only one that I can get access to. I know that you need diodes and a lot of wire (gathered from maplin schematic) but how and what?

I thought that controller supported two motors. It has four leds indicating direction for each of the motors.
In the PDF its got M1 M2 M3 M4. The one im looking at is the one with the filename: 1505-002-3.PDF
There are four outputs, the L298 has two drive outputs per motor, connected to the + and – terminals of a DC motor. Bidirectional control is provided by controlling the polarity of these outputs.
