L298n/l293d, batteyr, automatic parallel parking

Hi i am a beginner.

I am trying to build a robotic auto parallel parking car from scratch. For the start, is it better to use an L298n or L293d to control 4 dc motors? also is how do i figure out what type of battery i need ? if the second question requires the knowledge of all components then i am going to use 4 dc motors, arduino mega, 3/4 ultrasonic sensors and l298n/l293d. If there is better alternatives for the h-bridges that are also cheap please lmk.

thanks in advance

These are obsolate parts and not very efficient. You will burn a lot of your battery energy as heat with these. Consider looking for drivers that have MOSFET outputs. We cannot be much help until you have decided on what parts you are going to use. Next post an annotated schematic showing exactly how this is to be wired. Also give links to technical information on the parts used and of course post your code using code tags.

what is the best website for drawing circuits diagrams ?

Pen and paper is the first suggestion. Fritzing is banned....

Hand drawn diagrams are welcome.

Which type of chassis and guidance do you intend to use?
4 motors are hard to control, 2 are better.

Many of us use a CAD (Computer Aided Design) program called KiCad, it is free and does a great job. It will take you from schematic capture through the Gerber files needed for circuit boards or anywhere in between. It is not a one night learning package.
