hi, i have a working thing, what is now desn't do what its need to do. 
i make it work with arduino nano and with mega, but no non of this works.
what i want:
controlling the speed of a dc motor with arduino using l298n driver. it's working for months but since weeks it doesn't.
issue:
the motor seems to run like half or third of the original speed.
what i try:
- new arduino + new l298n = same issue
- motor directly connect to power supply = full speed
- new usb cable = same issue
(pwm 8-9 = d8-9)
i dont change anything, everything is corret, but somehow doesnt work. any idea?
