La verdad no se que hacer para arreglar este error

Además si posteas en el foro en inglés usa ese idioma.
Pero si usas español, debes postear aquí asi que recuérdalo!!

Bueno como no has leído las normas, tampoco has dicho que Arduino, usas, que versión de IDE, que COM o puerto serie (otros OS) estas usando.
Intenta dar mas información.
Pero no olvides modificar lo que se te ha pedido.
