LabVIEW to Arduino Serial Transfer

Hi,

I am new to arduino also this forum,

I have an application to transfer 3bytes of data to arduino serial communication (Native Port) from LabVIEW. The time it takes to receive or read the data in Arduino always around 60ms delay. Help me the following queries,

1.How can i reduce this 60ms delay?
2.What is the maximum data transfer rate from LabVIEW to Arduino Native Port (Serial Read)?
