I'm working on a project whereby i'm using 1 arduino to monitor phase voltages on one location of a building and another arduino to monitor the status of a standby generator as well as control it from another location of the building. I was wondering, since Linx allows labview to communicate with arduino uno via serial communication, can I use xbee modules to wirelessly transmit the data to and from both arduinos & a PC at those ranges?

At what ranges? If your building is the size of an outhouse, no problem. If your building is the size of Boeing's final assembly building Everett, maybe not.
