Lafvin Nano Board is Shutting down my MacBook Air

Hello,
I am having trouble with some Lafvin Arduino nano boards. When I connect them to my computer (which is a MacBook Air on OS Mojave version 10.14.6) it just automatically shuts down after maybe a second or two. I can start the computer up but every time I plug in the arduino this happens. I have now tried it with all three of these arduino nano's I own and they all do the same thing. The really weird thing is that I have used these boards for a year or so and while being cheap and having their problems they have worked fine for the most part. This problem really just occurred out of the blue. I was thinking maybe it was something to do with a new version of OS on my computer, I don't know. Do any of you know what could be causing this or have you seen this before? Thank you so much!

Sorry for the post I just found the solution. I thought I did the prerequisite research but apparently not enough. Sorry again.

I'm very glad to see you solved your problem. It would be nice if you would take a minute to post a description of the solution you found. That will help anyone else with the same problem who later finds this thread while searching for information. I'm sure they would be very grateful.
Thanks!
