So far your explanation is totally confusing.
You talk about wlan but then talk about plugging in a lan cable...
So at the moment the only thing I can recommend is Wemos Mini. 'cause I think they are really good. But I am completely uncertain what you need, or why.
What is that thing on the left side of your diagram?
