well - first of all, its a typical german english sentence. in german it can be acceptable to write super long sentences like that, but in english you should try to avoid it.
also, the sentence does not make any sense - it just goes on without saying anything. you would expect something like. "My big wish is to challenge the coordinator position."
But why would you want to challenge a position? that does not make much sense either...
