"Challenge" might mean "to be challenged by" which are different ideas or concepts. Let's play with the language...
"To challenge the coordinator position or obtain the role in any related areas where I can utilize and contribute my l knowledge and communication skills in the organization offering various job responsibilities."
Becomes...
"To work in a challenging position as coordinator or a similar open position that [insert organization name here] may find my skills effective. To leverage my knowledge and communication skills to meet goals and exceed expectations that [insert organization name here] has created for this job position."
Note: If this is a British English speaking country it should end as "[insert organization name here] have created for this job position." - they treat companies as plural rather than as singular, silly Brits.
I think this is what is basically being said. Anyone else want a crack or maybe clean this up?
