Hello..
I want to create an external laptop cooler fan that will detect temperature of cpu. It will accelerate the rotation of cooler fan when the temperature reach 50% and above, if not the normal rotation will occur. Then, it must display the current temperature of cpu and current rpm of fan at LCD display. It also will display the same as at the LCD in android via bluetooth. What are the equipment I need and the suitable arduino? The cooler I will use the existing laptop cooler fan like Cooler Master - http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/upload/product/10088/gallery/full/1.jpg. I just need to rewiring it with the above criteria. I needed the cheapest way.
Please help me..

OK you need the following
Arduino Uno
DS18B20 temp sensor
i2c LCD from ebay
Bluetooth interface to Arduino
Go crazy
When you have all of this then look at the examples in the IDE and let us know what problems you are having.
I am answering this because i am assuming you are not a native english speaker rather than someone demanding help

Personally, I just put up with the noise.
Or you could accept the quite reasonable project quotation the other fellow gave you?
You might be in trouble for cross-posting, too ....
