Laptop function keys?

Hello i was wondering if there was a way to do the same functions keys on a laptop with a arduino to control the laptop the same way? What i mean is my Keyboard on my laptop is dead. I use a USB keyboard. But i miss the function keys like Mirroring the screen or Putting it to sleep things like that. I try to search online and i did find the F keys functions but not the FN function keys. Can someone help me and put me in the right direction on what i can do?

I'm not sure if this would help or if you already know of this software, but have you looked at https://www.autohotkey.com/? You can create and map your own keyboard combinations to commands.
