Did anyone already try to use one of those?
Not for a project but tested similar device to see how well it worked. Is this working well an very reliable in terms of data output?
I think it worked well (long time ago) but if the computer mouse I'm using now is anything to go by it works well on the right type/colour surface. Also Do I need another ship to use it with the arduino? Or can I just plug it and use a library to make it work?
Both are 3.3v-5.0v compatible so will work directly with your Arduino when wired correctly. And one final question.
I would like to use two of those to get the relative rotation between the two sensor.
Does anybody see an electronic issue I would have using two of those on one arduino?
Two should work fine.
Be aware it is the nature of these devices that you will get some drift (difference between plane movement and what the sensors detect) that accumulates over time so if you need accuracy, some sort of reference counting will be needed.
