# Launch and send SMS module sim800l with Arduino DUE

HI  
**How can I set up the Sim800l and compatible with Arduino DUE code , The codes are not incompatible with the board please to my guide**  
**Codes must be optimized module for Arduino Due.**

Hi,  
I don't know the SIM8001 but have some experience with SIM900 which is controlled with AT-commands. If SIM8001 also is controlled by AT-commands then look to the examples in the Forum for SIM900, there are many.

Be aware that the Due controller is powered with 3.3V. If your SIM8001 module is powered with 4-5V, like many GSM-Modules, then you need level converters for hardware interfacing.

**sim900 and sim800l are each different and can not be launched in Arduino ِDUE.**
