Hi all,

I would like to create a telemeter for a prototype. My need is to do the basic function as a telemeter like that (only the measure) :

1000×1000 46.7 KB

I need to separate the screen and the electronic modules. I search on internet arduino module but I found only a LIDAR-Lite solution.

Do you have an idea how to get a cheapest lazer module ? Maybe a lazer pointer with an other module ?

I'm starting on this arduino world :slight_smile:

It is nearly impossible for a beginner to build a laser range finder "from scratch", and that is not an Arduino project.

There are a few laser range finders like the one you pictured, that can be interfaced with an Arduino, for example this one.

Otherwise, use the LIDAR-Lite.

Maybe your searches would be more successful if you spelled laser correctly.
