LC Studio CF Card - Sketch code revised.

I would like to share some problems using the "Sketch Examples" for the CF Card by LC Studio. I was currently trying to use the CF Card using the Examples\SD\Datalogger, CardInfo, etc and I could not make it work. The card would not initialize at all. After doing some research and some experimenting, the CS (ChipSelect) must be configured to 10 as the PinMode for pin 10 is set as Output (this can not be change due to the SD library). So if you change the CS to 10 on the Sketch to match the PinMode, it should work for the CF Card made by LC Studio. I hope this helps since LC Studio does not have a code example for this CF Card.

I am using a Lc Studio SD card and using the above Sketch it would not work for me until i added the library #include <SPI.h>. then it was perfect, thanks for the code as the manufacturer. give no information on the SD card reader.

#include <SPI.h> <=== has to be put in the code or it will not work,. The code above did not work for me nor did i edit any of it. When i added #include <SPI.h> it works find now.. Without it , it would not compile.

I m using LCstudio SD card reader. I tried all above mentioned steps but still it was not working. then i changed 5v to 3.3 v in both arduino and sd card reader. And voila!! its working :smiley: :smiley:
