LCD displays only the true value of motion detected not iterated

I am new to Arduino So I need help from anyone. What I'm trying to do is if motion is detected it should display on LCD as motion detected.Its printing but I need the code to be changed that if motion not detected it should change as no motion detected and when detected it should display as detected that is not happening with my code.
Below is my code. Anyone please help me.

I need if 1st time its detected and then motion not detected it should display as no motion detected but it printing motion detected for me.what should I do.
