Hello, I used on a uno rev3 pin 4 and 5 and it worked, i did this on an arduino mega adk pin 4 and 5, set the board on mega adk, but it did not work, does somebody knows what goes wrong.

Yes. Your assumption that the I2C pins on the Mega are the same as the I2C pins on the Uno is incorrect.
Determining which pins are the I2C pins on the Mega is left as an exercise for the student (since it is ridiculously easy).
