I am new to Arduino and interested in electronics. I got one salvaged LCD from old printer and I tried to get it working but i am getting this result nothing. this is the current status of LCD display can any one help on this? please..... guys..... image attached
Is there any description of the pins on the other side?

This is a 122x32 LCD with SED1520 / SBN1661 controller.
It might be more or less identical to this:

Such a display is supported by u8glib, but without knowing the exact location of the pins, it is difficult to wire this LCD.

It looks like but this LCD Module has 18 PIN and My'n is 16 PIN
here i attached from where this LCD taken, I took its PCB pic to get the pin details.

Your images are so well taken and reveal so much detail that the tracks can clearly be traced. Looking at the datasheets for the chips involved, should help associate the pins with specific functions.
One thing that is not totally obvious, however, is how the two parts fit together. On the display (from the display side), there is one pin on the header clearly marked "1". Looking at the board that this display was removed from, can you just confirm that the pin on the left, in the picture, is the one that this pin "1" came from?
