LCD issue, FC-113 i2c

Hi Guys,

I'm having some trouble with my new LCD, I can't get it working, only the back-light blink works with some codes, but cannot display anything on it.

I've tried these setup, but neither the first part does not work which prints "HI!YourDuino.com" stuff, then the serial port read either. From this site: http://arduino-info.wikispaces.com/LCD-Blue-I2C

When I used the i2c scanner it found the i2c at 0x27 address, so that part at least works. :slight_smile:

I got 2 display, so I don't think it's a hardware issue, rather than a code/wiring. (first pinout that I found it showed the sda/scl as on the d4/d5, so few docs are not great...)

Any help would be much appreciated!

I tried many setup from google regarding to this LCD i2c combo, but none of them worked just yet.

Hi Guys,

Some updates it's working fine now!

I can't believe it, the contrast was fully down.
The blue potentiometer next to the connectors was not setup properly.

So it's working fine now! :slight_smile:
