i have connected all pin connection as per the given in "HEllo World " example but it is still not displaying any data in my 2 different LCDs.
pls give me some help for JHD 162A.
Are you sure you didn't miss the part about connecting pin 5 (R/W) of the LCD module to GND?
If that is not the problem then disconnect everything and start again using the tutorial at Arduino Tutorial - connecting a parallel LCD. Make sure that you do not procede to the 'Bus wiring' section until you have the single row of blocks shown in the photo just before that section. The display in that photo is upside down, the top row has the blocks. Also: The display sold by Adafruit does not require a current limiting resistor for the backlight but your display may require one.
