LCD only showing white squares

hello
I am trying to get my lcd working but i keep on getting white squares.
Any advice?

this is the site where i got my lcd

I2C 16x2 Arduino LCD display module

I use the easy code of hello world

i also took some pictures if there is something with the wiring

Hi,
Have you adjusted the trim pot on the back of the LCD?

Can you please post a copy of your circuit, in CAD or a picture of a hand drawn circuit in jpg, png

yes i adjusted the pot but with no results

oke i have found my problem

i had to change te 0x27 into 0x20

Have you tried 4k7 pullup resistors on the SDA and SCL lines?
