Alright the on/off/mode change buttons are solid. I'm going to take pretty pictures and work on a How-to for the site. I also ordered a barebones board to see how easy it'll be to setup with my code. I'd like to figure out how to use a potentiometer for the volume. Or barring that how do I slow down the volume change? i.e. the volume up button maxes out the volume with one button push and volume down mutes the projector with one push. Is there a good tutorial about the analog pins?
