I am using the screen here Waveshare Arduino Guides with arduino Nano 33 IOT, the backlight is working but nothing gets drawn.

I hope it's a small mistake.
It would help if you posted a schematic of how you have it wired, not a frizzy picture. Please show all power and ground connections. Also post links to technical information on the hardware devices you are using. Amzon links are normally just sales links and not much help.
