Hello Arduino community. I'm new here and new to arduino. I apologize ahead of time for stupid questions here. Okay I have a Alphanumeric starburst type display from a Rowe Jukebox. I know the pinout of the display already and am able to power it up as well. At the moment I have the Samsung_16LF01_VFD library running on it and all I get is a jumbled mess and can't seem to figure out how to program this. It is supposed to just be a Hello World script that is running on it but it is just rubbish on the screen. I'd like it if someone could come up with a library that can run this display through the arduino as a serial display I can then setup through LCD Smartie. I have the datasheet for the onboard chip the display uses, that is what I used to pinout the connector on the display. The chip is the 10937P-50 / 10937P-40 chipset. I have attached the datasheet as well. Any help would be massively appreciated. I'm a complete noob to arduino programming as well. Also I have the Nano if that helps. Also the only pins on my display are SDA, SCLK, POR, Positive 8VDC, and GND. If you would like anymore information on this display, please let me know.
P.S. It would be appreciated if the LCD Smartie display driver was a pre-existing one like crystal.dll or matrix.dll or something similar. Also these are commonly used in Fruit machines and Jukeboxes. I got mine out of a Rowe CD Jukebox from my work Thanks a bunch!
