LCD smartie on Arduino

Hi, I've put a LCD smartie firmware on Arduino platform... :slight_smile:

The Arduino + my LCD keypad shield seem to be a good platform to experiment the LCD smartie program. For those who are not familiar to the LCD smartie, it is a PC software that open-source software for Windows that you can use to show lots of different types of information on your LCD/VFD that connects to the PC via USB/Serial/Parallel ports. http://lcdsmartie.sourceforge.net/.

Wait...but smartie doesn't do Graphical LCD's....

Or is it character emulation?

Either way, looks cool, ima wire my LCD up when my arduino(finally) arrives.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but that LCD shield looks fantastic. What's it like having it shipped to Canada (pricewise as well as possible customs fees)?
