This LCD came with shield for ArduinoMega

i’d like to know is this all pins in “figure 1” I need to connect from Arduino to LCD
can i use the remaining pins in another things !!

You can use D40-D49 for anything you want.
D50-D53 are used by the SD Card on the screen pcb.

Even if you don't use SPI, the level-shifter buffers connected to D50-D53 might interfere with your external electronics.

Check the chip numbers and schematic. The buffer pins should go 3-state when "SD_CS" is inactive.

the connectors on this display will use the 38 pins at the end of the Arduino Mega2560
and two pins which may be the 3.3v and the 5v pins.

first display that I have seen that includes the level shifters on board.

all other pins are available for use.
no sure how you will have access to them. perhaps long pin headers.
that would allow you to at least use a breadboard.
