LCD_16x2 4 pin on Arduino 101

hi, my name is yogo and i'm newbie on arduino.
i have problem with my LCD_I2C 4pin, why my LCD can't be scanned in i2c_scanner,

i have choose the board as Arduino 101
and choose the right port
but still can't be detected.

Testing :

  1. I have other arduino which is ArduinoUno R3, try to scan with that and surprisingly it can detected my LCD
  2. Try detect with my Arduino 101, it can't be detected. But, when i change the VCC from 5V to 3.3V it can detected but for once after that still not detected, try to change the VCC, it only detected for once not like my testing with Arduino Uno

Sry for my bad english. any kind of advice will be help.
