LEadshine DM556 stepper driver via RS-232

Hi all!
i wonder if there is possible to drive stepper motors with arduino via RS-232.

I have a Stepper driver leadshine DM556:

and i found the pinout for his rs232:

The problem is that i can't find the protocol (commands) that i should send via serial for
control the motor.

I wonder if is this possible to drive the motor sending serial instructions instead pulses for step/dir
