After searching what active high and active low mean, I believe this sensor is active high? It is a Phidgets 1110-Touch Sensor and what I found is that it has a current consumption maximum of 150ųA. I assume having a maximum value means it is active high.
(It also has an output impedance of 10K ohms. I'm really not sure if that impedance information is relevant or not. I am very new to building circuits and using Arduinos.)
