Dig up the datasheet. This sales site doesn't tell. Allways use datasheets, or a magnifier if there's circuitry at hand.
A 1st guess is you could use an Arduino controller to operate them.
Usually, anything you buy as a "product" has proprietary/custom boards. ...Like the circuit boards in your phone or TV, etc.
But those Bluetooth controlled lights are really common and MAYBE they are all using the same electronics. But it wouldn't be an easy thing to "hack".
The LED strip itself probably uses WS2812 LEDs and in that case you can ditch the included electronics and use an Arduino to control it.
