ok so i think i have an idea whats going on but i do not know how to repair this,
i had the capacitor the wrong way around and it was masking a bigger and not unheard of issue,
when trying to burn the bootloader it looks like it has the wrong signature, i need to work out the correct signature, amend a file and try again?

looks to be the same problem, but, whats the correct signature and how do i make that change?
