LED Drivers and MOSFETs

Hi,

I'm working on a project to drive multiple (14 groups of) LEDs. I'm using the digital pins for input, so I use the analogue pins to send clock and data signals to an LED driver. So far so good.

The hard part is that each group of LEDs need 24v (1A or more). So I thought I could use mosfets to decouple the LED driver from the LEDs. I can't figure out how to drive the mosfet gate from the driver outputs.

I've been looking at opto-couplers and relays, to replace the mosfets, but they are expensive.

Any ideas?

I think I may of found a solution. I need to use a more heavy duty LED driver such as this one : http://docs-europe.electrocomponents.com/webdocs/0add/0900766b80add6b1.pdf

Simplifies the circuit too. No need for mosfets.
