Hi i was making my own dot matrix screen.
But whatever happened i just connected led's negatife side not the positive side.
Theres no voltage in.
When i put my finger on led its light up.
How is possible?
I don't think that was static electric beacuse if static electric the led will be burn.
this thing only happens with blue leds.
Also other leds are not powering up with arduino.
Arduino is not shorted beacuse lcd screen buzzer like components works
Probably with blue and white leds, they are VERY sensitive, this means way below 1 mA can make them glow.
The most likely reason is because you pick up some mains "hum", probably due to leakage current somewhere near. Legal limit from mains powered equipment is 0.25mA.

Weird one was when i stick usb cable of arduino into memory sticks etc. It starts glow lot of metal object makes leds glow.
Most weird part is i was able run a rgb led also all light light up in rgb led

You can use a multimeter to find out where the leak current comes from.
I've checked everywhere . Only leak like thing was the usb stick .
Usb stick had 0.4 ma so theres nothing leaking.
I think maybe i was get somewhere electrical shock and i stored like battery in body.
Only explanation this.
Until this effect goes i cannot use arduino .

It sounds like the leakage may be from you computers power supply, maybe you are missing a earth connection to it?
T4h232:
In my country theres no earth in outlets.
Yeah 220 volts and you no protection between it.
That is bad, all stationary computers have a fairly large leakage current, that is supposed to be handled by the earth connection.
As long as you and everything else is isolated from earth, there will not be any problems. How easy that is depends on how dry you surroundings are (Dry is easy).

Maybe my body leaking im not sure but after checking with multimeter looks like my body had voltage on it but i can't get rid of it.
I put my fingers into dirt etc.
I made everything still its doesnt go i just going to wait morning.
If its not goes.
Probalary something radioactive in room.
Quite simply no. Even if there was something radioactive you would not see this effect. Radioactive does not work like that. If it did you would be able to make much better power stations.
The electricity is not being generated in your body, your body is acting as an antenna and is picking it up.
But a more detailed explanation would help us say what you are picking it up from.
Are you close to a broadcast transmitter?
What is the country that doesn’t have ground mains?
You can make a ground by sticking a metal rod in the ground and attaching a wire to that. Then wire that into you mains ground wiring, or connect it to the chassis of your computer.
The problem with all of this discussion about power mains or RF pickup is that these are AC and without an actual connection to ground, there would be no DC component to light the LED.
